Responsibilities
Branch Performance
- Monitor and analyze daily and monthly branch performance and other key performance indicators.
- Monitor branch projects, stock, operational activities, installer rewards, operational costs, and other business initiatives.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate with branches and related divisions for follow-up and improvement.
- Monitor the progress of branch projects, campaigns, customer issues, and management directives.
Sales & Business Development
- Support sales and business development initiatives across branches.
- Analyze branch performance and market conditions to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with branch teams and related departments to ensure business initiatives are properly executed.
- Support initiatives to improve sales performance, branch productivity, and overall business growth.
Management Support
- Support the VP in managing priorities and monitoring key business initiatives.
- Prepare business reports, analysis, presentations, and other materials required by management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Support day-to-day coordination and administrative matters related to business activities.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- 28–30 years old.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of sales and business operations.
- Experience in monitoring sales performance or branch/business performance is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and handling various business priorities.
- Strong leadership potential and interested in developing a long-term career in business management.
