Tanggung Jawab:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies that support brand, marketing, and business objectives.
- Plan and manage full-funnel campaigns across relevant digital and e-commerce platforms, from awareness and consideration to conversion.
- Optimize audience targeting, campaign structure, budget allocation, bidding, and creative performance to maximize campaign results.
- Manage media budgets and allocate spending based on campaign objectives, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve efficiency, reach, and conversion.
- Prepare performance reports and provide clear insights and recommendations for future media planning and campaign decisions.
- Work closely with Brand, Creative, Social Media, E-Commerce, and other relevant teams to develop performance-driven creative assets and communication strategies.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Paid Ads, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising, campaign metrics, audience targeting, and media optimization.
- Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry will be an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
Salary: IDR 7.000.000 - 18.000.000 per bulan
