- Leading overall brand campaigns and ensure cohesive excecution across channels.
- Drive social media, digital ads, and content performance.
- Build impactful collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and brand partners.
- Plan and excute on ground activations and brand events.
- Strengthen community programs and consumers engagement.
- Manage PR, media relations, and brand reputation.
- Monitor performance, optimize budget, and deliver measureable results.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor 's / Master's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Min. 6 years experience in brand or digital marketing (beauty / FMCG a plus).
- Proven success in campaigns, content, and partnership.
- Creative, analytical, and strong team leadership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
