Tanggung Jawab:
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Drive and review opportunity pipeline with sales team and partners
- Defining product marketing communication objectives and overseeing the marketing activity execution
- Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
Kualifikasi:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any other related fields.
- Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous.
- Experience in working in a challenging business environment with proven capabilities in organizing, summarizing, and presenting complex information.
- Strong project management and engagement skills with the ability to manage across functions, levels, cultures, and geographies.
- Good communication (oral, written) and presentation skills and a proven track record in interacting with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - independent and objective.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude. Highly driven, autonomous, and resilient, who enjoys working in a dynamic and multi-cultural team and business environment.
