Tanggung Jawab:
- Handle end-to-end KOL/influencer management, mulai dari KOL briefing, research & selection, hiring/negotiation, hingga monitoring deliverables.
- Develop and execute KOL campaigns for fragrance & beauty products sesuai dengan campaign objectives dan target audience.
- Conduct KOL research and identify relevant creators based on audience, content quality, engagement, and campaign needs.
- Manage communication and maintain good relationships with KOLs/influencers throughout the campaign.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content briefs, product delivery, posting schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor and ensure KOL deliverables are aligned with the agreed brief and campaign requirements.
- Track and compile campaign performance, including content performance and KOL deliverables, for evaluation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and Brand/Product teams to ensure campaign execution runs smoothly.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably within Fragrance, Beauty, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end KOL management, from selection and hiring to campaign execution and deliverables.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with KOL/influencer landscape and social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Able to evaluate KOL profiles based on audience relevance, engagement, content quality, and campaign fit.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple KOLs and campaign timelines simultaneously.
- Fragrance/beauty industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate meets the core KOL management requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams.
