Tanggung Jawab:
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow, bank balances, supplier payments, operational expenses, and CAPEX.
- Monitor working capital, including inventory turnover, AP/AR aging, and cash conversion cycle.
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, financial closing, bank reconciliation, inventory accounting, and financial statements.
- Manage tax compliance, including PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and monthly/annual tax reporting.
- Prepare financial and management reports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
- Develop annual/monthly budgets, rolling forecasts, sales forecasts, and cost control strategies.
- Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and efficient financial operations.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Finance/Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
- Experience in leading a team and handling financial closing.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of full accounting cycle, inventory accounting, COGS/HPP, and cost control.
