Tanggung Jawab:
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create engaging static and carousel posts, including captions and copywriting aligned with brand voice.
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar together with the marketing team.
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and audio, and adapt them quickly into relevant content.
- Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, watch time) and use insights to improve future content.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to support campaigns and product launches.
- Engage with the community through comments and DMs to build audience loyalty.
- Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, or talent for collaborative content when needed.
Kualifikasi:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Portfolio of content you’ve created (please include links when applying).
- Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Familiar with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and content formats.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Able to read basic content analytics and turn data into actionable ideas.
