Tanggung Jawab:
- Research and identify suitable KOLs and influencers for brand campaigns.
- Build and maintain the KOL database and track influencer performance.
- Assist with KOL outreach, negotiation, and collaboration management.
- Coordinate product seeding, content briefs, and posting schedules.
- Monitor KOL content and ensure deliverables meet campaign timelines.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, GMV, and conversions.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify new collaboration opportunities.
Kualifikasi:
- Currently pursuing a degree or a fresh graduate from any major.
- Interested in or experienced in KOL management, influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram.
- Familiarity with Shopee Affiliate or TikTok Affiliate is a plus.
- Up to date with the latest social media trends and viral content.
- Interested in the F&B or FMCG industry is a plus.
- An existing database of KOLs, influencers across different tiers, or management agencies is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and campaign timelines.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Creative with a strong sense of branding and content quality.
- Possesses negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with good communication skills.
- Experience in student organizations, committees, freelance projects, or marketing/social media internships is a plus.
