What You Will Do

Kualifikasi:
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 5-7 years in marketing or general management roles, with 3+ years in frozen food/meat processing .
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to process and interpret data.
- Data-driven strategic thinker with the ability to balance culinary credibility and product integrity with aggressive commercial growth.
- Solid understanding of product development processes.
- Excellent leadership, empathy, and communication skills.
