Tanggung Jawab:
- Answer customer questions on the BPKB loan, including eligibility, vehicle, amount, tenor, and application steps,etc.
- Follow up with interested customers on WhatsApp and move them through to closing.
- Check and verify application progress, including completed pages, survey scheduling, and outstanding documents,etc.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum education: High School or equal / D3/S1
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a WhatsApp/Chat Agent, Customer Service Agent, or Telesales Agent.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM systems is a plus.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, responsive, and able to handle a high volume of leads.
- Experience in fintech, multifinance, or BPKB financing is a plus.
