Tanggung Jawab:
- Evaluate vendor performances as agreed SLA, including warehouse, logistics partners, and last mile partners.
- Provide and analyze operational data, such as inbound, storage, outbound, and delivery performance to be further proposed into improvement plan.
- Build and maintain constant communications with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper organizational operations and delivery.
- In charge of solving daily issues or complaints.
- Ensure a conducive working environment and align with other team members according to the company values.
- Provide and receive feedback in a good manner.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational and delivery policies and procedures.
- Assist in operational budget control and other related financial activities.
Kualifikasi:
- Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information System, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management or Logistic, or other related fields.
- An honest person with strong integrity and good attitude.
- Highly initiative and self-driven in completing tasks.
- A team player with results-driven mindset and exceptional problem solving skills.
- Have more than 2 years of experience in related fields.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong attention to detail, and highly analytical mindset.
- Possess in-depth organizational processes and good business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Eager to learn and available to work in flexible working hours.
- Willing to work in SIRCLO’s Warehouse at Tangerang.
