Tanggung Jawab:
- Monitor and maintain on-premise servers running on Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Perform computer hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including ISP connections, firewalls, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS servers, and DHCP/static IP configurations.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure smooth live streaming, as well as manage and maintain NAS storage for users.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and provide recommendations for IT products, equipment, and solutions based on user and business needs.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, network/infrastructure documentation, audit reports, and IT work reports.
- Prepare and set up laptops for new employees and conduct device and IT asset checks during employee offboarding.
Kualifikasi:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows & Linux operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, LAN, IP address, and internet connectivity.
- Familiar with laptop/desktop setup, maintenance, and peripheral devices.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills and comfortable assisting users with technical issues.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
