Tanggung Jawab:
- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare organizations
- Design and run health-focused CSR programs
- Build relationships with village heads and the community
- Manage payroll and clinic/laboratory billing
- Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and health staff
- Monitor service quality and compliance with standards
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Relevan Major.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in health services management and public relations (PR)
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
- English (intermediate)
- Able to lead a team, communicate well, and think creatively and plan effectively
