Tanggung Jawab:
- Lead sourcing/hunting strategy for new creators.
- Oversee the negotiation and contract finalization process.
- Set acquisition targets for team members.
- Design coaching programs.
- Lead ongoing training.
- Evaluate skill/performance progress regularly.
- Oversee communication and engagement strategy.
- Monitor creator satisfaction and design retention initiatives.
- Lead revenue growth strategy.
- Drive brand-creator matchmaking strategy and ensure partnership fit and collaboration value.
- Work in close alignment with the Commercial team.
- Set targets, monitor achievements, coach, and review.
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree (S1), any major — Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in Creator Management, with strong experience in the MCN industry.
- Experience leading a team in a supervisory capacity.
- Deep understanding of the creator/KOL ecosystem and social commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented and comfortable working with data-driven targets.
